What are some tips for making make up look very natural and giving you a sun kissed look even in the winter?
Feeling the winter blues?
Skin can look tired and just "blah" in the winter months. Some people turn to a self tanner, tanning beds, etc and turn out looking like this -------------------------Poor Diaz-->
<----And you'd rather have this-------------
--------Try this---------------->
Too Faced Peach bronzer
The Trick: If you have fair skin, golden peachy powders give your face a tint of sun without the bold, brown effect of bronzer. A lot of new shades of bronzer are coming out these days because everyone wants to look glowing, it is healthy looking!
Many places offer a bronzer that is called “sunkissed” or “a touch of sun” , which could be used on any tones, perfect for any occasion.
REMEMBER-
*when using any powder tap your brush to knock of excess powder
*always blend down into your neck if you are applying it to your whole face (which I dont recommend, it's better to use bronzers, highlighters, blushes in only certain places on your face)
*Get a facial, you can do it at home too! Getting off dead skin will brighten you up. Check out this for your own at home facial ---> http://beauty.about.com/od/skinflaws/ht/basicfacial.htm
Another way to add a glow while moisturizing dry winter skin without looking orange
---Olay complete plus (ultra-rich tinted mositurizer)---->
This is great because it adds just enough tint to even out your skin and moisturizes at the same time and since it's not a tanner you can use it everyday without getting darker.
And my favorite no matter what time of year
BLUSH!
And with hundreds of colors and shimmer or no shimmer your bond to find one that is great for you
You can also use a combination of all three with a highlighter like this
---------------------------------------->
As on looking natural
Blending is key along with finding the right shade for your skin tone.
AND
Again don't forget your neck and ears!
